Are you unhappy with your financial situation?
Let me help you make peace with it. About MeAbout BankruptcyProviding experienced and compassionate bankruptcy and foreclosure defense services to all of Cumberland, York, and Oxford counties in Maine.
My firm is a full-service law firm. While I advertise almost exclusively for debt and bankruptcy services, I have extensive experience in real estate and commercial land use development, family law, probate, guardianship and adoption. Lawyers have a bad rap. I am different. When you become a client, you will have my cell phone number and be able to contact me almost any time, weekday or weekend. I am available for as many telephone or in person conferences that you may need. Dealing with debt and potential bankruptcy can be an extraordinarily frightening and overwhelming experience. I like people to think of me as their guide to getting their financial life back on track. A guide must be available and not cost-prohibitive! As a past assistant to the Chapter 7 Trustee and former Creditor collection attorney, I have seen the practice of Bankruptcy from all sides and so can best represent you. I know the pitfalls for the unwary! You can find most information needed in the FAQ section. Don’t be overwhelmed! I will fill out ALL paperwork necessary! While all fees in a Chapter 7 are required to be paid before filing, I am flexible in working out payment arrangements and will help you work out intervening issues with your creditors, until we can obtain the protection of the Bankruptcy Court for you.
