My firm is a full-service law firm. While I advertise almost exclusively for debt and bankruptcy services, I have extensive experience in real estate and commercial land use development, family law, probate, guardianship and adoption. Lawyers have a bad rap.  I am different.  When you become a client, you will have my cell phone number and be able to contact me almost any time, weekday or weekend.  I am available for as many telephone or in person conferences that you may need.  Dealing with debt and potential bankruptcy can be an extraordinarily frightening and overwhelming experience.  I like people to think of me as their guide to getting their financial life back on track.  A guide must be available and not cost-prohibitive! As a past assistant to the Chapter 7 Trustee and former Creditor collection attorney, I have seen the practice of Bankruptcy from all sides and so can best represent you.  I know the pitfalls for the unwary! While all fees in a Chapter 7 are required to be paid before filing, I am flexible in working out payment arrangements and will help you work out intervening issues with your creditors, until we can obtain the protection of the Bankruptcy Court for you.
